IMG has provided for a separate customer lounge at its office premises. At this lounge, clients can see live MSM trading on a large screen in a cozy ambience. Clients can also watch the global markets on the television provided in the lounge. Clients can have access to IMG reports, Market Database at the lounge and can also place buy/sell orders from the lounge.

IMG also delivers short summary of transactions executed for the clients via SMS. This message is delivered to the client on the day of execution itself. Clients are also updated with any news flash immediately on public announcement via SMS.

For the convenience of clients IMG has provided for limited car parking area outside its office.
